Do I need a website to use EcolinkPay?
No. You can create payment links and invoices from your dashboard and share them on WhatsApp, SMS or email. If you do have a website or app, you can integrate our hosted checkout or API.
What documents do I need to sign up?
Typically your business registration certificate, a valid Ghana Card for the directors, and the account where you want to receive your settlements. Our team will confirm exactly what's needed for your business type.
How quickly do I receive my money?
Settlement times depend on the payment channel and your agreement with us. We'll walk you through the schedule during onboarding, and every settlement is visible in your dashboard.
How much does EcolinkPay cost?
